Der Bund (Informatikstrategieorgan Bund ISB) und die Kantone (Staatsschreiberkonferenz) haben das Forschungsinstitut gfs.bern beauftragt, eine Studie zum Thema Verwaltung und E-Government zu erstellen. Sie dient dazu, den Stand des Angebots auf Gemeinde- und Kantonsebene sowie bei der Bundesverwaltung für das Jahr 2010 und die Entwicklung seit 2008 zu erhalten.

La Confédération (Unité de stratégie informatique de la Confédération USIC) et les cantons (Conférence suisse des chanceliers d’Etat) ont demandé à l’institut de recherche gfs.bern de réaliser une étude sur le thème de l'administration et de la cyberadministration. L’étude devait présenter l’étendue de l’offre actuelle de cyberadministration des communes, des cantons et de la Confédération pour l’année 2010 et décrire son évolution depuis 2008.

La Confederazione (Organo strategia informatica della Confederazione OSIC) e i Cantoni (Conferenza dei cancellieri di Stato) hanno incaricato l’istituto di ricerca gfs.bern di presentare uno studio sul tema Amministrazione e Governo elettronico. Lo scopo dello studio è illustrare la situazione dell’offerta sul piano comunale, cantonale e federale nel 2010 e al contempo presentare l’evoluzione dal 2008.
