SECO WE works at the multilateral, regional and bilateral levels to enhance the economic strengths of its partner countries and expand their access to markets for their products. In that context, the current evaluation focuses on the relevance, the effectiveness, the efficiency and the sustainability of WE's value chain activities that contribute to the promotion of greater international competitiveness of SMEs and facilitated market access.
