The purpose of the evaluation is to contribute to the next Federal Council Dispatch to the Parliament for 2020-2023. The objectives of the evaluation were: to account for the activities and results of the GSCP, GICHD and DCAF between mid-2014 and mid-2017; and to contribute to internal learning and corporate development.
