Abstract (German)	In this proof-of-concept study we aim to evaluate the in-vitro and in-vivo properties of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) that are generated by a new site-specific conjugation method to native antibodies. Our technology aims to enable highly efficient, easy to manufacture ADCs with low side-effects.
