Abstract (German)	Deaths due to antimicrobial resistance are alarmingly high, novel therapies are urgently needed. Here, novel antifungal compounds are developed against life-threatening infections. The compounds will be developed to preclinical proof-of-concept in a collaborative medicinal chemistry program.
