Abstract (German)

Chemical synthesis is essential for the preparation of molecules for pharmaceuticals, but is expensive, slow, and unsafe. Synple has developed automated, capsule-based machines for the synthesis of molecules using chemistry from the Bode Group (ETHZ) to provide automated routes for drug discovery.
