Dieses Projekt beinhaltet die Entwicklung eines Demonstrator mit welchem die Produktionstauglichkeit von laserinduzierter CVD für die Massenproduktion von Solarzellen aufgezeigt und demonstriert werden kann. Der Demonstrator soll ein Basis Modul für eine allfällige Produktionsmaschine darstellen.
