The programme is called Infravec2 https://infravec2.eu/, an international and interdisciplinary research infrastructure project funded by the European Commission Horizon 2020 Research Infrastructure Program (INFRAIA).
This four year project (March 2017-2021) is coordinated by the Institute Pasteur in Paris (France). The novelty of Infravec2 is to provide NO-COST access to 1) products 2) services for research on insect vectors of human and animal disease, including mosquitoes, sandflies and other arthropods (biting midges and ticks), and finally 3) access to facilities (e.g. high containment BSL3 laboratories) https://infravec2.eu/vector-research-products/ .
