This project contributes to the new IEA-EBC Annex 72 by providing existing state-of-the-art on build-ing LCA methodologies and assessment tools for planers developed in Switzerland. In addition, this project will provide inputs obtained in on-going projects funded by the SFOE and other sources (H2020, SNF…) and matching the Annex 72 topics (e.g., environmental optimisation between em-bodied and operational impacts, service life of building elements…)

Ce projet contribue à la nouvelle IEA-EBC Annex 72 en fournissant l’état de l’art sur les méthodolo-gies d’écobilans et outils de planification développés en Suisse. De même, ce projet fournira des résultats obtenus dans le cadre de projets parallèles, financés par l’OFEN et d’autres sources de financement (H2020, SNF, …) et correspondant aux sujets de l’Annex 72 (p.ex. optimisation de l’énergie grise vs énergie de fonctionnement, durées de vie d’éléments du bâtiment…)

Dieser Bericht stellt die verschiedenen Beiträge der HEIG-VD zu den Arbeiten des IEA-EBC Annex 72 vor, indem er den Stand der Technik zu den in der Schweiz entwickelten Ökobilanz-Methoden und Planungswerkzeugen für den Gebäudesektor liefert. Ebenso präsentieren sie die Ergebnisse der Verbreitung von durch das BFE finanzierten Projekten wie DUREE, EcoDynBat oder BIM-LCA innerhalb dieses Annex 72.

This report presents the various contributions of the HEIG-VD to the work of the IEA-EBC Annex 72 by providing the state of the art on life cycle assessment methodologies and planning tools developed in Switzerland for the building sector. They also present the results of the dissemination of projects financed by the SFOE such as DUREE, EcoDynBat or BIM-LCA within this Annex 72.

Ce rapport d’activité présente les différentes contributions de la HEIG-VD aux travaux de l’IEA-EBC Annex 72 en fournissant l’état de l’art sur les méthodologies d’écobilans et outils de planification développés en Suisse. De même, ce rapport d’activité rend compte des résultats obtenus dans le cadre de projets financés par l’OFEN comme DUREE, EcoDynBat ou BIM-LCA et les partagent ou les confrontent auprès des partenaires internationaux de l’Annex 72.
