Impedance spectroscopy based pipetting system for single cell isolation

Abstract (Deutsch)

The project consists in the development of an impedance spectroscopy based pipetting system allowing for the traceable isolation of single cells. Novel methods for the efficient isolation of single cells will be investigated with emphasis on an accurate fluidic control and cell doublet detection.
