This project aims at increasing the efficiency of natural gas (NG) metering and regulating stations in which the gas is expanded from 50-80 to 5 bar. Instead of burning NG to warm up the gas, synthetic methane will be produced and waste heat will be recovered from the reactor and the electrolyser.
