Abstract (Deutsch)	The goal of this feasibility study is to demonstrate that by using readily available measurements, from smart thermostatic valves, we can replace heat cost allocation systems. Doing so we enable new way of cost allocation, while providing in new features that, will lead to significant cost reduction
