Cancer cells shed EVs that carry protein, DNA, and RNA specific to their cell of origin. Here, we will compare the molecular makeup of EVs secreted by cells in 3D culture vs the same cells cultured in 2D to uncover potential biomarkers for developing liquid biopsy tools to monitor prostate cancer.
