Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Allemand)	The presence of organic and biological micropollutants in the aquatic environment has become a global health issue. In this project, a simple, cheap and scalable membrane technology is proposed where protein fibrils generated from milk proteins, serve as active material to remove organic pollutants.
