Short description (English)

Blomeyer and Sanz is given the mandate to evaluate the project of the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of the Armed Forces (DCAF) called "The International Code of Conduct Association Implementation Support and Promotion”. This project entails International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers Association (ICoCA or Association) Implementation support and promotion; reinforce and complement the ICoCA in order to provide support to the development and effective Implementation of its core oversight functions; ensuring awareness of and support for the Code in different regions, particularly the global South. The objective of the evaluation is to assess the contribution of DCAF support to the ICoCA and Implementation of the ICoC, and identify key priorities and avenues of DCAF support in an eventual next phase.
