Abstract (Deutsch)	The goal of the project is development of a new laser welding process for dissimilar metal combinations and a new in-line monitoring method for ensuring high quality of weld joints. The new process is intended to replace currently used resistance spot weld and will enable miniaturization of future implantable medical and other electronic devices.
