Abstract (Deutsch)

Customized in-ear parts can significantly improve the performance of hearing aids. This project aims to develop new shape memory polymers with properties that meet the requirements for this application. This will be achieved by combining commercially available components in new compositions that display so far unattainable properties. The materials made will be used to fabricate prototype devices to validate the benefits of the new customization approach.
