Novel Services for Heat Pumps with Big Data Analytics

Abstract (German)

Smart grid monitoring data contain currently unexploited information about the status and operation of the connected devices. In this project, new methods for the valorisation of these data will be developed: remote diagnosis and benchmarking of heating systems, on-demand optimisation of heat pump operation parameters, and better prediction of the heat pump dynamics to provide higher shares of the heat pump power for ancillary services are the principal aims of this project.
