Abstract (German)	The project aims to build mobile sensor platform and ICT applications to record, transmit and analyze data from a multimodal bio-sensing platform for monitoring chronic heart failure (CHF) patients. Besides being non-invasive, the systems intention is to be risk free, easy-to-use and integrable into daily life. This will ensure high patient compliance and helps reducing health care expenditures by significant lower re-hospitalization rates of CHF patients.
