Abstract (German)	Non-invasive serum and imaging biomarkers to monitor efficacy of treatment and disease progression are needed in DMD. Basic and new biomarkers of muscle inflammation, fibrosis and muscle damage will be quantified in this project to optimize the design a pivotal clinical study in DMD with rimeporide.
