Réalisation en 0.18um de EM Microelectronic -Marin, d'un circuit récuperateur d'energie, compatible avec les générateurs thermo électriques (TEG) de bas couts et faibles dimensions. Ce circuit pourra démarrer avec seulement 80mV sans besoin d'un transformateur externe, afin de rester compatible en cout et en dimension avec les applications de masse du marché emergeant de l'Internet Des Objets (IOT).
