Development of an optimized controlled positioning stage with flexure linkages and parallel kinematics, to enhance productivity in micromachining applications. The project aims to improve considerabily precision and dynamics of the moving stage with specific design of overall electromechanical components and control algorithm. Innovative methodologies for disturbance elimination and rejection, robustness, enhancement of dynamics in small movements will be studied.
