The TeraKit ULTRA project develops a new compact instrument for THz material identification and characterization, including spectroscopy and non-destructive imaging with an ultrabroadband spectral range from 0.3 THz to 20 THz, fast acquisition times of few seconds, 100 times faster than the presently available systems. The final instrument will also allow better spectral resolution and higher bandwidth for applications in industrial materials testing and sensing.
