Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
Gastrointestinal segments are used for bladder cystoplasty. However, the presence of gastrointestinal tissue in the urinary tract may cause severe complications. This study aims to develop a collagen patch for successful bladder wall reconstruction. The patch being non-uniform has a stiffer and denser side promoting urothelial cell attachment and growth while the softer and less dense part allows smooth muscle cell infiltration, and therefore adequate muscle regeneration.
