Abstract (Deutsch)

Drones have the potential to augment the existing package delivery network in Switzerland, especially for small priority items currently transported individually by car or truck. The partners will develop and test a proof of concept hybrid delivery drone system capable of vertical take-off and landing as well as fast and efficient forward flight, significantly expanding both payload and range compared to existing multicopter based systems.
