As science and technology move forwards there is an increased requirement for fast electronics. Currently, the use of any sub-nanosecond logic involves an expensive and time-consuming custom electronics design. Project REPTIL will be a reconfigurable bench-top instrument enabling scientist and engineers to create custom picosecond-accuracy functionality without developing new electronics. It will find applications in both science and industry.
