Abstract (Deutsch)

The objective is an operational and validated integrated design and optimization tool for multi-objective optimization problems in particular for electromagnetic actuators. The implemented methodology for the design of electromagnetic actuators will have to start from a set of well defined customer specifications and end with a family of Pareto-optimum solutions. Particular emphasis is given to low turnover time, hence efficient optimization procedures are required.
