Abstract (Deutsch)

This project aims to develop robust immunohistochemistry and immunophenotyping protocols for several lung cancer differential diagnosis markers for the microfluidic tissue processor technology developed by Lunaphore, which will in turn become part of a solution for the full automation of the respective assays with a turnaround time of 1-­2 hours compared to several days for existing systems.
