The project consists in developing an innovative IT solution based on massive usage of all external and internal data available to the company to help define an optimal and learning organizational structure, from customer input # forecasts & orders # to output # delivered products. The objective is to build lean business flows focused on customer value, and to organize the company around these flows rather than with a traditional functional and hierarchical structure.
