Abstract (Deutsch)

Investir dans l'efficacité énergétique des bâtiments crée un risque financier dû à l'écart entre cash flows théoriques et réels. Ce projet développe un outil de planification pour maîtriser ce risque. Tout d'abord, nous quantifions l'impact des rénovations sur la consommation d'énergie et sur les loyers. Ensuite, nous créons un nouveau module pour le software InvestImmo modélisant le cash flow réel des immeubles et optimisant les investissements.
