Abstract (German)

The NATUREMEMEX project shall deliver an innovative platform technology based on disruptive membrane assisted extraction in the field of aroma oils, generating extracts of a not yet known high quality and yield. It craves out the best suited membrane(s) from a broad range of different membranes, transfers them into a fluid dynamically optimized membrane contactor set-up and combines this with a new and innovative inline-measurement and control to detect the extraction rate and prevents from any off-taste generating micro-emulsions in a reliable matter.
