Within the current project, we want to develop a unit for real-time and in situ quality monitoring system to control laser welding, in particular for the medical industry. Practical and scientific investigations will be performed in order to be able to classify the weld quality with high confidence. A unit for the medical industry is expected to be the result of the project.
