Abstract (Deutsch)

We aim at intelligently analysing documents dealing with food safety, food regulation and food compliance. A pipeline for extraction information will be developed to fetch this document from online sources and convert them into a standardized format. Once done that, intelligent algorithms will be developed to discover relevant documents, classify them and to discover related products and product categories.
