Abstract (Deutsch)

A new assay concept for Alzheimer#s disease will be investigated in one part of the proposed project. The assay concept will be based on the innovative 3DProSeed technology enabling the sequential seeding of iPSC-derived neurons and glia cells within the same pre-assembled hydrogel. The other part of the project will be devoted to the development of 3DProSeed hydrogel production methods in order to meet the high reproducibility requirements of the industry to adopt 3D cell culture products.
