The aim of this project is to develop elastic pressure sensors to be used as new press/sense elements in e.g. control buttons for automotive industry. An elastic piezoelectric capacitor will be used for sensing. It consists of an elastic piezoelectric material coated with two conductive electrodes. When a pressure is applied to the device, a voltage is generated at the electrodes.
