Mechanical Testing of NEMS and Nanostructures

Abstract (German)

FemtoTools plans to enter the emerging market of mechanical NEMS testing. This requires the development of (sub-) nanonewton and (sub-) nanometer force-displacement sensing technologies. FemtoTools plans to integrate these technologies into both its existing products and into a new instrument for nanomechanical testing inside a scanning electron microscope.
