Abstract (Deutsch)

In this project a fundamental step is made for the development of a new generation of industrial production processes for therapeutic proteins: continuous and integrated down and upstream operations. We provide lab scale demonstration of the technology for mAb and non-mAb as well as necessary developments in three key areas: process development, monitoring and optimization and media selection. Strong improvements in production costs and product quality are foreseen.
