Ziel des Projektes ist es, exemplarisch die Landeskulturen der Schweiz und Russland sowie die Unternehmenskulturen der Anwendungspartner zu operationalisieren und in einem Kultur-Assessment-Tool abzubilden. Neuartig ist dabei die konsequente Verbindung von kulturellem Verhalten zum Finanzergebnis der Unternehmen. Projektergebnisse sind das um Kosten-Nutzen-Aspekte erweiterte Assessment-Tool, Handlungsempfehlungen für Unternehmen sowie eine entsprechende Vorgehensmethodik.
