Kendox InfoShare is an established document management system created in 2004 by Kendox AG, Oberriet SG, with more than 500 active customers. In 2009, it was extended with a Web Client solution to account for changes in technology. There is however a risk to keep up with the latest cloud technologies. A profound architectural renovation helps to prolong the product lifetime significantly and reach new customers with a multi-tenant operation and a subscription pricing model.
