Teleport delivers scrollable and media enriched video on-line : users can freely navigate and jump to any point in a video, and access contextual information about the image. Current buffering strategies are made for linear reading; linearity is however a an issue for engagement in our age of extreme multitasking and short attention spans. RAVE aims to develop novel methods of delivery for digital video to allow best-in-kind navigation in on-line video.
