The project goals are the Proof-of-Mechanism (PoM) and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) in animal wound healing models for TOP-N53. TOP-N53 is a highly potent, unique dual-mode of action drug currently in preclinical development at Topadur Pharma AG to accelerate healing of chronic, non-healing cutaneous wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers.
