Identification of MedTec Products by submicro-structured labelling

Abstract (German)

MedTec products are becoming safer and longterm success rates are improving. In order to distinguish between low-cost mass products and high-quality products made in Switzerland, an innovative design attribute could attest Swissness. Our security features, of 1st and 2nd level, will be directly integrated into the titanium implant material such to provide a unique identifying (hidden) features for trademark protection.
