Abstract (German)	The OTC market in Switzerland is fragmented and inefficient, while not meeting the regulatory requirements of FMIA, MiFID II in most cases. Blockchain-based systems can be built to comply with regulation, save process cost, and reduce systemic risk in the market. We suggest developing and implementing a post-trade system based on a private blockchain, creating programmable assets via smart contracts, and ensuring privacy via secure multi-party computation or zn SNARKs.
