Abstract (Deutsch)

Pour des raisons décoratives, une entreprise réalisant des pièces horlogères de haute précision en polymère veut leur donner l'aspect métallique en les revêtant par pulvérisation cathodique. Le dépôt en mode réactif d'un revêtement dur résistant à l'usure composé d'une transition progressive oxyde/nitrure d'aspect métallique apporte l'adhérence sans altérer la texture, à l'opposé de la technique industrielle d'activation de surface par plasma d'oxygène haute pression.
