Trusted Friend Computing (TFC) for DNA methylation analysis

Abstract (Deutsch)

The TFC approach allows sharing IT resources with other users without the need of a central organization. It allows resource owners to define who they trust to access their resources. We will develop this concept and integrate it into the GensearchNGS commercial application which is a software solution for DNA data analysis. Furthermore we will extend the GensearchNGS capabilities to handle DNA methylation data implying to enhance its computing capacity.
