We aim to enable widespread use of high-throughput in-situ biomarker profiling of tumors in routine diagnostics. This depends on the commercial attractiveness of such diagnostic assays. Here, we will engineer our microfluidic processor to be compatible with highly scalable manufacturing methods and standard sample preparation procedures, which will drastically reduce the assay costs. Finally, well show its key clinical applications in high-incidence cancers, and this, with full automation.
