Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
The project focuses on the development of 3D-printed bioresorbable polymeric scaffolds mounted on a|novel delivery system for the treatment of coronary artery diseases. The mechanical and bioresorbable|properties of two new polymeric scaffolds will be optimized and compared with our current 100% poly å-|caprolactone polymeric one. The safety and performance of the scaffolds will be validated in an animal|model. This study should provide the necessary proof of concept for follow-up steps toward market|introduction.
