We will define the process for the microfabrication of a novel FluidFM product: SU-8 cantilevers with an|embedded 20-ìm thick channel and a 20-ìm aperture. The novel cantilever product will allow for mammalian|cells to flow through it. We will establish the application note for single-cell dispensing and 3D cell printing.
