Reproducibility and comparability of comet assay results are major issues in genotoxicity testing. This is mainly due to a lack of controlled electrophoresis systems and standardized biological reference samples. This project results in a biological standardization kit customized for 4D Lifetec's patented high precision electrophoresis tank. This combination leads to the first high precision Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis equipment.
