We want to develop a system (with hardware and software components) that allows safe and robust navigation and traffic control of third-party autonomous Micro Aerial Vehicles (MAV) in urban/populated/built areas. We focus on developing a robust and reliable solution -- suitable for real-world applications -- that can leverage existing network infrastructures deployed for Smart Energy/Smart Lighting/Smart City projects.
